It is skin safe, FDA compliant and has an amazing line of colors. FAB is water activated and applies and removes from the skin easily. FAB make up dries on the skin in under 40 seconds to a smudge proof finish. Due to the nature of water based Face paint, sweating, water, and other factors like weather may cause the paint to run or smudge. under normal circumstances paint can last all day.
