Cookmas Day 7: Christmas Pudding Cream Puffs! These chocolate cream puffs are filled with chocolate pastry cream and topped with holly! RECIPE BELOW

Cream Puffs:
1 cup water
½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
Pastry Cream:
½ cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
pinch salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups milk
4 large egg yolks
2 tbsp unsalted butter, cold
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
3 tbsp whipping cream
red and green piping gel
