Filling :
2 potatoes, diced into small cubes
1 big onion, chopped
300g chicken meat, diced into small cubes
100g mixed vegetables
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken stock granules
125 -150g water

Pastry :

(Dough A)
250g plain flour
50g ghee or margarine
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
140ml water

(Dough B)
180g plain flour
30g ghee or margarine
70g shortening
