New ELF makeup! Well, not makeup really but new tools! In this ELF cosmetics review I’m testing out their new silicone blending sponges as well as their new highlighting sponge. When I recorded this video I mentioned that I didn’t know if they were available to purchase yet but THEY ARE! I’ve included a full face application demo with these new makeup sponges and I’ll let you know if they are worth getting or … NOT!
