hullo everyone ʕ ᵔᴥᵔ ʔ by popular request…here’s how i make these false eyelashes you’ve seen in many of my shironuri tutorials! i only use paper to make them and i’ll show you step by step how to make these diy paper eyelashes, as well as 3 different styles – including the false lashes i wore in my dustin bailard makeup tutorial.

for this tutorial, here’s what you’ll need:
– a sheet of cardstock (any color, but I’m working with black and white here)
– scissors
– false eyelash glue
– false eyelashes with a thick band (I prefer Eylure)
– eyelash curler
if you have a latex allergy, obviously don’t use eyelash glue containing latex.
these lashes can be used a few times, but keep in mind they are very fragile. after a few uses I remove the paper lashes, clean the false eyelashes, then reapply a new set of paper eyelashes.
there are a ton of ways to decorate these paper eyelashes, but make sure not to use any products that shouldn’t be near your eyes. that includes sharpie markers, nail polish, craft glitter, etc. always play it safe ^_^
